Complaints about Parish Council Services
It has been brought to my attention that there have been a number of complaints about council services through the Kingsmead Residents Facebook page. This is a not a Parish Council Facebook page so there is no guarantee that your complaints will be dealt with through reporting on social media.
If you have a complaint about council services, please contact me direct either using the link on this website or by email to clerk@kingsmeadpc.org.uk or by phone 01606 41862 or post to 231 Hartford Road, Davenham, CW9 8JT. If you simply have a question about services or how your council tax is spent do get in touch.
If you witness anti social behaviour or are concerned regarding cold callers or suspicious behaviour please dial 101 to report. You are far more likely to get action using official means rather than social media.
Kingsmead Parish Council is made up of 10 elected councillors who receive no payment for their community service and a paid part time Clerk (15 hours/week). I believe we do an excellent job over a large area but appreciate there is always room for improvement.
