Dog poo bags in hedges? Why?

Along the top path from end of Buckingham Drive down to Fisherman’s Wharf (sluice pond) there are a lot of dog poo bags (with poo) in the hedge and hedge bottom.  A councillor counted about 30 – 40 bags yesterday.  It would appear that someone is regularly walking along there and throwing the bags into the hedge.

I am unsure why the dog owner thinks it is OK to collect the poo and then ditch the bag, the PC is going to have to spend resident’s precept on getting contractors to remove the bags before the growing season.

Please put the bags in the bins provided……..
