Kingsmead Annual Parish Meeting Monday 17 May 2021 7pm

Every year an area that is parished must hold a parish meeting.   This is not a parish council meeting, but an occasion for those on the electoral roll to meet and bring up any issues that are of note or concern within the parish.  It is traditional also for the Chairman of the parish council, who usually calls the meeting, to provide a report on the parish council’s civic year that has just ended.

This year’s meeting is set for 17 May 2021, beginning at 7pm and held at Kingsmead Primary School.

The arrangements for the meeting will follow the covid guidelines currently in place and will include the request that all attendees wear a face covering if not exempt, that social distancing between groups who are not members of the same household is maintained and that hand sanitiser is advised on entering the building and again on leaving.

Although not necessary, it would be helpful if you are intending to come to the meeting to drop the clerk an email – clerk@kingsmeadpc.org.uk.
