Cheshire West and Chester – Consultation on Public Space Protection Order

Cheshire West and Chester Council has recently commenced a public consultation reviewing the current control of dogs across the borough.  The consultation is open until 4 July 2021.

There is a proposal in the document to extend the requirement for dogs to be on a lead at all times to apply across all cemeteries rather than just those managed by the Council.
