Cheshire West and Chester Council has confirmed this week that it has awarded a contract to Warrington’s Own Buses to operate a Service N4, which will replace the Service 4 withdrawn by Arriva. The new service will start on Monday 24th April – a full timetable and the route being operated can be found HERE.
